Kel'Muraz, The Frozen Wraith

This ancient dark being was created thousands of years ago by a group of dark summoners back in the frozen forests within the darkest reaches of our world. He was at one point a normal man but he has now been transformed into a cold emotionless killer. It has been acclaimed that those around him felt deprived of their spirit as it slowly slips from their bodies... A testament to his dark past and his blood-stained future.

A pale dark man decked out in large pieces of plate covered in sheets of ice that visibly seem to affect his movement. And he carries a enormous Axe that he drags behind him and rarely ever gets to use... but for the few that experienced its blow bloodstains remain on the cursed axe. He also maintains a aura around him that echoes his cold nature.

Play style:

Playing as Kel'Moraz
Kel'Muraz has a extremely slow movement speed making him very unreliable until late game team fights. Getting Items to increase your movement speed and Summoner Spells are highly recommended. Also try to always make sure you use your passive, Permafrost, slowing your targets before engagement is the next best method to ensure they can't run off. This teamed with Shatter can ensure a easy kill.

When in team-fights try to use your Paralyzing Winter in a way that will hit all of the enemies team targets ensuring that your team will be able to get multiple kills out of the situation.

Be wary of recently unfrozen targets that survived your permafrost. these targets can't be affected for another 4 seconds.

Playing Aganist Kel'Muraz
Avoid getting near him at all costs, whenever he gets near your Champion he can easily ensure a kill.

Avoid grouping up near each other in a team-fight it opens the possibility of having multiple deaths.
