Description: Human with pale skin and light hair with a slight ice blue tint. Elegant blue dress and wearing icicle shaped earings and a icicle shaped pendant. Ground that she walks on becomes covered in ice for a second before melting.

Passive: Winter Training -
Frostina gains 1% / 2% (6)/ 3% (12) / 4% (18) of her maximum mana as ability power.

Q - Frost Lance
Mana Cost: 70/90/110/130/150
Range: 700
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8
Damage: 80/120/160/200/240
AP Ratio: +0.7

Frost Lance deals damage to everything in its path. 10% of the damage Frost Lance deals is converted into mana for Frostina.

*Creates an ice lance in a straight line but is created very slowly. Skill shot

W - Icy Touch
Mana Cost: 50/70/90/110/130
Range: 600
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Explosion Damage: 20/50/80/110/140
Explosion Ap Ratio: 0.5
Damage per second: 15/25/35/45/55
Slow percentage: 10/15/20/25/30

Icy Touch slows its target by x% per second for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds the ice completes covers their feet, dealing X damage and rooting them in place for 2 seconds.

E - Ice Shield
Mana Cost: 10% of Current Mana
Range: 550
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Shield size: 0.4/0.8/1.2/1.6/2
AP Ratio: 0.4
Slow Amount: 25%
Duration: 8 seconds

Frostina covers an ally or herself in an icy sheen. The shield absorbs X per mana used to create the shield and slows attackers attack speed by 25% for 2 seconds if struck. If the shield lasts the entire duration without breaking Frostina is refunded half of the mana used to create the shield.

R- Whiteout
Mana Cost : 50/80/110 per second
Range: Self / 500
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Damage: 70/100/130 per second
Ap Ratio: 0.2
Magic Resistance per second: 5/10/15%
Resistance debuff duration: 2/4/6 seconds

Frostina channels a blizzard around her dealing damage and lowering their magic resistance the longer the enemy stays in the storm. She can move and cast spells while channeling the storm but cannot attack.

some good ideas, but the passive is WAY to strong. at lvl 18 with just 2000 mana thats an extra 300 AP

Fine, but could be freakin up with a CD of 8 seconds (*0.6 = 4.8) with a range of 700, at least it takes like 1-2 seconds untill it is done so you can spamm it like hell.

To hard CC; 3 seconds slow + 2 seconds cage thats too hard, at least the CD is too low, so it lasts 5 seconds but after 12 (*0.6 = 7.2) seconds you can use it again LOL.

As far she is based on Mana; that would be like 800 damage absorb in endgame, too much. Also with the ap ratio lol xd

Make Restistance Debuff only stack once, or reduce it. Otherwise it'll be OP in clash. (I just point at ryze's nerf) In case you could increase damage and at least the ap ratio a little bit.


All in all your suggestion is close to Anivia imo. Maybe you can think of sth different for Q-Spell and Ulti. Also work on the balance, it is very imbalanced at the moment.

0.3% / 0.5% / 1% / 2%

I think that's a lot more fair.

With 2000 mana at level 18, that will be an extra 40 AP. Which I think is good for a passive.

I ment to change it to 3/6/9 before i submitted it. Her ap ratios are pretty low except for Q so it won't be as good as a normal caster.

She's not supposed to be a nuker, she can but this is more for use as an aoe with mana regen, you can use it in a team fight to hit multiple people or farm creeps.

Nunu's slow duration is longer than the cooldown and does more damage. The slow also has a ramp up time so it slows a lot slower until its maxed meaning you can still get away for the first few seconds.

That's assuming you have full mana. It drains 10% of current mana not maximum mana so the shields start off larger at the beginning but get smaller as she uses mana.

She has to be in the middle of a battle to continue to keep it up meaning she'll either have to be really tanky so she doesn't die or have a lot of mana to keep it going to the point where it would become very significant. I typo'd and it should say it caps @ 5 stacks.

Okay I changed the passive.

I based it on the average gold value of the AP gained compared to the amount of goldvalue gained by singed's passive.

They are approximately the same at 3000 mana (Frostina's is slightly more @ 18 but less before level 12)
