I've loved Parrrley for awhile now, especially towards the endgame where the crit + Frozen Mallet effect makes it disgusting, but with the minor adjustment to his ult + passive, he's just all-around more useful. I'd chalk him up in the "done" column.

I've seen some really amazing killsteals with his ult now. :-)

He was fine since last patch when they buffed his Morale skill.

The change to Parrly is something i'll need to test for myself, but it doesn't appear to be too much of a nerf and looks like it'll give him greater flexibility in item build.

How can you call "fixed" on one game?

I think he still has some flaws, but getting better. Not sure about the Parley change myself. Still testing

Actually I tried him out earlier, and Parrrley actually became better early game with the boost in damage even though the bonus damage became lower.

And during mid-late game it still retains it's usefulness (not like before where you got x2 damage) since you got the items to help it dish out damage.

Only problem for me is the Ult. Maybe make the AoE smaller so it becomes less random, and actually hits more? Or would this be to OP?

parley is actually a buff i believe...
haven't tested it out yet, since the server is down

assuming i understand it correctly, the nerf means a +100 damage item will only contribut 65 damage to parley
if this is true, the additional 100 damage buff breaks even with the 65% damage nerf at +280 item damage

so until you get damage items worth up to +280 damage, its is actually a buff
anything above that, and you start to lose out...
so 280 damage is about 3.5xBFSword

It's still the same skill, only difference is...
1. Higher Skill damage (from 40/80/120/160/200 to 80/160/240/320/400) If I recall correctly.
2. Lower Bonus damage (from 100% to 65%)
