Does the very first hit get the benefit of the Armor / MR reduction? Or does it just apply the debuff.

For example, if Kog'maw has Madred's Bloodrazor & Malady, uses his Bio-Arcane Barrage, and hits his target just once, does Malady reduce the target's MR by 6 before or after the magic damage is applied from Madred's and Barrage?

Edit (after testing)
Answer: Reduction applies after damage

In a custom game, I had Mundo hit monsters with various weapons.

Black Cleaver (gives 3 debuffs)
Physical damage peaked on the 4th hit.
1st hit < 2nd hit < 3rd hit < 4th hit = 5th hit = 6th hit = 7th hit = 8th hit = ...

Malady (gives 4 debuffs)
Magic damage peaked on the 5th hit.
1st hit < 2nd hit < 3rd hit < 4th hit < 5th hit = 6th hit = 7th hit = 8th hit = ...

Note: I used Wit's End with Malady and hit the Lizard. Those numbers were very clear:
42 < 44 < 46 < 48 < 50 = 50 = 50 = 50 = ...

I would think it applies the reduction after hitting, like Ryze's Spell Flux (proof: bounce it between two targets and watch the damage ticks), but I'm no expert on the subject.

Easy to test, check your damage on attack 1 2 3 4 and 5.

If your damage still grow the attack after full stack then it's applied after.

Can't test now, plz post the response someone.
