Well then how would that work? You can either have the 20% add on additively, and make 150%, or you can have it multiplicative and 156%. How would it work otherwise, what form of contrived math are you going for?

The idea's still cool, I'm just wondering how you're thinking they would or wouldn't interact with each other.

Hypothetically speaking say there is 35% ability power increase then an ability gives 25% ability increase.
They are multiplicative therefore you are only given 48.75% ability increase instead of 60%.

Riot does this for anything in which stacking additively may be OP such as Crowd Control Reduction, Armor and Magic Resistance etc.

10% movespeed on a mage is broken. 15% AP is too much. 5-10% sounds more reasonable.

I was asking for your specific math on how you arrived to that. How would 135% work multiplicatively with 25% (in your theory) to add another 13.25%?

And Armor and Magic resistance have a very different, almost parabolic type of diminished returns. At 1 armor, 1% resist. At 100 Armor, 50% resist. At 300 Armor, 75%...

that cooldown seems a bit to short =/ thats a shorter cooldown then 90% of ults and for almost every AP that item seems OP thats like 10% bonus dmg for all ur spells on an extremely low cd =/ imo it should be more like gives u 5-10% bonus dmg for ur next spell cast and the attack after it also this way it would be viable on hybrids
