To those worried about his passive being OP:
They last 21s, for the first 7s they are really weak, at 7 they get more hp, at 14 they do more damage (dps, not sure if it's ad and/or as), and they die at 21. They also give exp/gold if they're killed before 21.

His ultimate can be used well, but is a little less likely than Nunu's to be broken because he can target someone with a cc available. (I can see it being especially potent during harassment and during TT with fewer disrupts available.)

His is a completely different issue than Corki.
The Red Baron was from WWI, and The Iron Cross was originally from Prussia, so neither are directly related to the Nazi party. (Similar to how the Swastika of different forms was used much earlier, including as a Hindu religious symbol.) His name, however, was an exact copy of a real name in use today.
