Problems with Purchasing Riot Points

Hello, recently I have had a few problems with purchasing riot points from the store, all the information is entered correctly and I have been able to use the debit card at other locations, but the LoL store just syas that there was an unknown error.

On a side note, is there any way to change the name of your summoner?

I've had a similar problem, It gave me the unknown error, and yet took money out of my account twice...

If it took money out of your account, email Riot at [email]support@riotgames.com[/email] and they will fix the issue. They can take up to 3 business days to reply to you. Araulia this might be a good option for you as well.

Auralia, if you weren't charged you 're also able to go to 7/11 or best buy and pick up a pre-paid gift card if you're in the US.

and Chainswarm, make sure to relog to make sure it is not just a visual bug.
