Is Dominion the reason for the hypercarry nerfs?

Hyper carrie=/= bad if you let them get that far you failed, they're not "un fun" and even if some noobs think they are that doesn't mean those who do should get the shaft, taking away late game carries is pulling out something else from your game altogether

Dying is also not fun. If enemy can kill you, it's not fun to fight against him...

I still think Olaf and Veigar are too, and they're both being looked at I'm pretty sure. And Katarina to a lesser extent, but still problematic.
This, so much this. Katarina I would really call a carry do past a specific elo.

but they can have 4 champions stall out the game, you could have one hypercarry and 4 early game champs, you have a strong early game, with 4 early game champs, you have a strong late game with your 1 hypercarry

they can just stall and wait for the hypercarry to get farmed insanely, the hypercarry can pick up a few G/10 items and just wait and then start ripping your team apart

If someone 1v5s your team, it's your fault, not their champion's. LoL doesn't have anyone who carries that hard.

The OP's question feels sort of disingenuous because LoL never had hard carries to begin with.

Well thats the thing with Dominion, victory is going to be reliant largely on things such as teamwork, cleverness and such. as for champions such as Jax Trynd or Olaf, they are quite possibly going to be less successful in dominion than a sneaky champion such as Shaco- a mild carry but very hard to kill with his stealth and jack in the boxes. This may be the reason why Riot developed Dominion in the way they did- so that a team isnt decided before the game starts my OP champions.
