Regardless, Rammus seems to be a strong pick for Dominion.
Rammus with 0/21/9 Masteries, Garrison + Ghost, Boots of Mobility with tanky items, maxing Powerball first.

Powerball into an enemy champ trying to cap a tower, quickly Garrison the tower and throw up DBC. Taunt the enemy and enjoy.

Classic Rammus strat with new merits. I honestly can't wait to try this just to see if it is as fun as I hope.

Ryze, Singed, Renekton, Trynd/Olaf, Karma/Nidalee

Theres tons of champions I feel will be good for the map (lux, Teemo/shaco, stealth champs), but I think tanky dps will turn out to be superior.

AD Janna makes the line-up in my opinion,built IE,PDx2,Mobo boots,and a swing slot for a cruise speed close to 600, with the knockback,slow,and shield all being super useful cc/ repositioning.Drop a rylai's in the swing slot...W is an 83% slow.Roamers could not catch or escape AD Janna.Self buffed from shield, aa's hit for 800+ at range.Defender on a tower? R says they're not anymore.

1 defender (traps, sustain, tank, pushing capabilities, aoe cc)
1 seeker (high mobility assassin)
1 poker (force Champions off of points)
2 fighters (champs oriented towards 3v3 skirmishes)

Taunts and Knockbacks are totally back in.

-5 People on Enemy Team Capturing Node-
A) -Galio Flashes in and Taunts them all, Ruining Capture-
B) -Janna Flashes in and Knockbacks them all, Ruining Capture-

Pretty sure those two would work, because I'm pretty sure you have to not do anything while Capturing.

Sounds like a great idea, but I think you would get steamrolled by a tanky mobility team (Morde, Mundo, Rammus -etc).

i think itll be something like 2 designated defenders, 2 designated offense, and roamer/assassin

Ill probly say: annie, alistar, noct, vayne, cassi
D-Annie or other nuker/defensive ap (brand, heimer, anivia, malz)
D-Alistar or other tank (rammus, jarvan, singed, maokai)
O-Nocturne or other melee dps (yi, tryn, olaf, XZ, lee sin)
O-Vayne or other mobile ranged dps (corki, cait, mf)
R-Cassi/akali or other 1v1 peeps. can help with offense, defense, otherwise try to kill targets

annie and alistar have great control and can hold out their own imo.
nocturne has his spell shield and ult available to have high mobility. vayne can easily dish out crazy dps and has some great mobility
cassi is a very potent 1v1er, and can have good mobility with her speed boost from q and slows from w
