The Judicator can get more than one reckoning proc per kill, which makes it the most ridiculous ability ever when the target has killed one of her allies. With maxed cooldown reduction items, she can get 3 stuns during the duration, which is a full 12 seconds of stun in the time frame of about 14 seconds. The difference between the cooldown and duration of reckoning with maxed cooldown reduction items is about 1 second, which isn't even enough time for, say, Kassidin to blink away. Not to mention that the damage is formidable too. It's a short cooldown ability with a 1:1 ability power scaling ratio, and doubles with Reckoning proc. Reckoning should not proc more than once per kill, period.

I can make an ability that one shots everyone and it's "meant" to one shot everyone. That doesn't mean it's balanced. Whether Reckoning is meant to proc multiple times from one kill, I don't know, but that certainly is how it works right now. For the next 10 seconds, ANY and ALL Reckonings you use against the target will double damage and stun for 4 seconds.

i just cant make up my mind about weather or not this is intended lol, but it is true the 3 would be op. just amazing 3 could be shot off within a 10 second window. lol.

It's intended, but it's a bit OP for whoever just killed Kayle's team mate. They're basically stuck in true stun lock, can't attack can't move can't cast, and the enemy team is free to pummel them completely. If you don't have Cleanse, you're screwed?

kinda like it tbh, not like it'd get a lot of use unless your team was dieing alot anyway.
kinda give's you a chance to even things out. heh.

The whole concept of Reckoning is a neat idea and fits the character well, but a 4 second stun is extremely powerful in its own right. A 12 second stun boarders retardation.

What do you mean it doesn't have a lot of uses unless your team dies a lot? Regardless of the additional proc that Reckoning can do to be retarded, it's still a 1:1 scaling nuke on a short cooldown with a long slow. Even without the stun proc, the Judicator is one of the most annoying heroes to get away from because of her near perma slow, and combined with her excellent survivability, she can even tower dive at low levels. No one can consider Reckoning "useless unless your team dies a lot."

And you don't even have to be on the losing side to gain benefit from the Reckoning bomb. Remember that if just ONE of your team mates dies, whoever landed the killing blow is virtually 0 death ****ed.

Wow, that's pretty crazy. Twelve second stun when most team fights usually don't even last that long. So if you are a tank, you are out of commission for the whole fight, that is if you aren't already dead by the end of it. This definitely needs to be taken a look at.

It should stop after 1 cast. If you kill an enemy near judicator you are dead period. You will die within the 2 nukes and insane stuns that come along with it.
