Unable to connect following Virus Scan

I have been able to play LoL just fine up until last night when my Virus scanner (Comodo) identified and quarantined 24 files. Now I am able to log onto the Client just fine, but am unable to connect to the PvP.net when the game starts. (a message pops up saying that potentially my firewall is blocking access... my firewall has not changed at all and is still set to allow LoL to connect). Upon viewing the quarantined file list, none of the files are remotely identified as having anything to do with LoL. Rather than attempt to un-quarantine potentially dangerous files one by one and potentially racking up a large leave count, could you please identify if LoL uses any files outside the LoL folder for connection purposes (potentially in the System Volume Information or Local Settings folders)
