Love the game.. becoming aggitated by whats happened to Eve and whats going to happen to Kayle. . . . Really need that **** Stealth rework already... I'm missing her stun way to much to bother touching her again. Kayle without Hybrid Passive help... worrisome.

What I lke most about Riot is that they listen to the comunity...

For example: The boob/heels issue

The last few female champs released have much natural breast than the first realeased champs. Many threads about it came out and now the try to give a much natural look to female champs (vayne, oranna and leona)

About heels. I saw many complains abot vayne's and leaona heels on the splashart. In the leaona case at least the ended cutting the heels in the art.

I think they listen. Some things take some time to be adressed but they listen anyway.

Middle option.

They still haven't buffed Shen and Gare as promised after all this time.

I am satisfied with their control of technical issues. Downtimes aren't too long, and at least they (unlike other games) will take down the game to fix something rather than let it bug out for a week and fix it on the next patch day.

On technical issues, they'll get a 5/5 from me!

Champion balancing however....I really think Riot has been in this business long enough to put some heads together and balance things out. Recently there's been some talks of Jungle changes, and that's a step in the right direction; however, there's still no talk of fixing tanky DPS that can completely destroy anything other than a better tanky DPS. People like Renekton, Rumble, Udyr, Warwick, Nidalee, etc either do immense amount of damage (Vayne also goes here for % health as true damage) for no reason, or heal/shield themselves to cancel every bit of harass anyone puts out (see: Udyr. Most broken champ in the game imo. Shield, healing, haste, stun, AP aoe, AD burst. No other char has all of this + natural tankiness)

Matchmaking is just as terrible but I hear this will be improved in Season 2.

For being around this long and still having extreme balance issues, Riot gets a 2/5 in this department from me.

A positive point is that they do communicate with the playerbase. I don't think I've seen a company post on the forums as much as Riot does. Kudos to them.

So overall, I give them and their game a 4/5. I know, lengthy post for something so silly, but I'm bored at it's 9 AM. Not much else to do.

We have some of the best people in the industry working on fixing issues. A lot of people involved (in all aspects of the company) pull 12+ hour days 7 days a week (some much longer) to make the experience better.

For those not familiar, the EU split was a big milestone for Riot - changes like that take a long time to implement. In general we want to get the right pieces in place before making big announcements.

One of the coolest things about working for Riot for me - I've never worked at a place where the company is so focused on its players. We're players too, not corporate suits, so we feel your frustrations and share your excitement about things to come.

Hang in there... I guarantee you that right now there are guys huddled around computers planning, coding, and building fixes. There's sooo much cool stuff coming your way. And with that, I'm back to work. :-)
really? if you had a single employee dedicated to some of the simpler tasks, a great deal of things promised to use back in beta would be available now. summoner icons? forum icons? interrupting ezreal/lux ults? new masteries? clans? etc.

oh and lets not forget bugs that go unheeded for months at a time, like alistar's headbutt thats still not fixed.

and if you actually had divided teams of people, and teams dedicated to a task, and actually worked like that, you could easily put out a new map.

I love what Riot's been doing, and the fact that they are always on the boards for us to talk to is just amazing! But my biggest complaint is the high champion price points. They need to release some champions at 3150 again, instead of just making champions at 6300 and 4800 exclusively.

More then any other company I've seen, Riot is active in their community, almost to a fault. People expect there will be a ton of responses to a problem from Riot, because they are doing so right now. I can't say this about a company like Blizzard on the SC2 forums, who has ~2 mods who post there maybe every 5 days. While LoL may be growing too large too fast for Riot to keep up with their old architecture, they are trying as best they can, and they ARE making progress.

Now, give me those promised Renekton buffs :P

i vote somewhat satisfied, they've been doing a great job

the only thing that sometimes bugs me is the overbuffing/overnerfing phases they go through every patch... the phrase "dont fix something that isnt broken" is kind of what im getting at.

i really support riot and although this is the biggest troll community ive ever seen in the history of gaming, also feel that riot has been the most involved staff ive ever seen in the history of gaming.

I kind of feel like we need better options or ways to get 5v5 arranged team play going, as i honestly honestly find it hard to play more than a couple of games of solo queue...i wanna play with people i know and have given permission to affect my elo.

No, I am not satisfied and just like Jozrael asked for and RiotRara shown so much interest in it, I will politely enumerate the reasons why I am not satisfied with Riot, any grammar errors I apologize in advance since it's not my native language.

1) The interaction with the community is a lot ify. You guys only reply to posts appraising what you do, you seem to dress the company shirt too much and never take an evaluation from a player stand point, I think in this area you need to hire forum moderators, people that are able to say "we are not allowed to talk about that" or pointing people to other threads where that questions have been answered by reds and this people didn't even had to be Riot employees, just recruits. I think at this point there is a lot of negative threads that never see a red post in it, maybe because they find the content "too offensive" even tho the points might be valid.

2) What is said today is unsaid tomorrow. And this problem comes from higher ups, and I know you're all not allowed to talk about it, but Tryndamere itself made promises, and broke them, dozens of times, same with MoneyPenny, same with Zileas, same with Pendragon, so if we see heads of departments or the company itself with this poor behaviour, the community (or anyone two inches of forehead smart) developed a "see to believe" syndrome, promises just don't cut it to us.

3) Too little work shown in 1 year, and again, shown, I have no idea what you do inside your offices, but in 1 year, you hosted 1 tournament, released mastery pages, released champions. 1 year, that's pathetic, sorry I can't find a better word, and yes you guys might have "awesome things in the horizon", "expect the unexpected" but hey, 1 year, poor content.

4) Speaking of poor content, here's a couple of things that piss off a lot of people: Maps, Replays, Observers, Achievements, Clans, Reworked Mastery Trees, you know what those said things to name a few have in common? They haven't been released, again they're awesome, been worked on, expect the unexpected, I mean guys, you know the drill, haven't been released!

5) Tribunal is pathetic, this community's self-judgment is already proven flawed in the forums, now you bring it to the game. Also Riot doesn't have a good ban model, really you don't. You should send an E-mail to people who are getting banned, and explain why are they getting banned, and let them watch their own tribunal, that way they should be able to justify themselves for whatever reasons they're being accused on. I feel entitled to leave when I'm with a 4 man premade talking trash to me, letting me face entire teams alone, and trolling me after I die, then, I get banned for leaving, only to get reported by the entire premade, plus any trolls in the enemy team.

6) You NEED in game moderation even more than you need forum moderation and remove the censorship in "like and dislike", I like the karma system but remove the closing thread/post component of it. It's terrible, you're letting 12 year old kids and younger on a free game judge people, that pisses some adults off, just to let you know, and again, recruit people for this type of jobs! You don't have to PAY for them to do it, I'm pretty sure a lot of people would volunteer to do it for free, just open up a recruitment page with a dozen questions like every other company does, and recruit people, maybe you actually find more employees like that. Now to the game mods! Make it that there's a button when you open the menu above surrender saying "Call GM" and when you click it, a small field appears with why you want to call the GM. Available GM's read that note and join the game (stealthed) and watch the game for 2/3 minutes, if the behavior continues, he's able to ban people on the spot, feeders, leavers, grievers, etc. and cut the Tribunal sh*t. Who ever heard of a Tribunal where the plaintiff starts a prosecution where the person sighted by the accusation isn't present.

7) The RP prices are ridiculous, but the IP prices are simply outrageous, if you don't want to allow some content via IP I would understand, example: Releasing Wukong RP purchasable only, that I would understand! But releasing every champion at outrageous IP prices is just ludicrous, and I guarantee you it's not the best money making model you could follow, you're not removing the juice of 10000 decent oranges, you rather remove the juice of 100 good oranges, and then come up way shorter than you could come in money. Not everyone plays the game hardcore, and having little to almost no champions becomes boring and make people quit before they ever get IP for new champions.

8) Those and many other reasons are making people afraid to invest more money in this game because Realm of the Titans and DoTA2 are on the horizon, and they don't want to spend money in a game they don't believe in and you can't blame them! Only to stop playing as soon as said games come out, that's the real reason Riot is pretty much doomed to failure in the future, if you keep managing things like you have been. We're tired of Soon™, it's not fun anymore, it's insulting.

Also, I like it that when people are happy all they have to say is: I like what they are doing with League of Legends, but when we're not content, we have to elaborate like the list above which I apologize for the size in advance, not being able to provide a TL;DR.

On a final note (I promise), I know I am not entitled to it, and I'm not special, and neither is my post, but I'd enjoy if a red would quote it and discuss it a little bit with me, with other than "Just hold on a little while longer", I've been in this forums for 2 years, and never a red discussed anything with me, expect when I had to make an extensive tutorial on how to remove keyloggers from your computer in which Hohums thanked me and told people to perform the steps in the main post. Riot hasn't played with me for any of my 2 birthdays, or my 1000th win. So yes, I would enjoy a red reply on this, thanks.

EDIT: Oh and since it has been said before:

this game is great, but it would be a whole lot better with better balancing.
I agree and subscribe 100%, specially when we know some characters are insta-killed as soon as Guinsoo gets pissed at them, example: Shaco -- The subject to the most Guinsoo's hate nerfs.

Very satisfied actually. I think Riot is doing a fantastic job with League of Legends. Sure there are some stability issues here and there - bit of a nuisance I will admit. But outside of that, I feel I am being given a rather quality game. Keep it up guys, don't listen to the haters.
