Should consult a professional certified trainer or a medical professional before trying this, however, it would go something like this, but without using barbells. well that's just because muscle weighs more than fat. you can get lean muscle and still look skinny, but at the same time be heavier than someone who doesnt have muscle but looks the same way.

i dotn think it's so much the mindset, as is the means or the ideas. a lot of people can't imagine their lives NOT eating mcdonald's, or don't know tricks and tips like scoop the dough out of a bagel and put w/e you want inside to take away alot of the calories while getting the same good bagel taste. then there's just those that cant afford it. i find wilpower is overrated, people just need to find what's best for them. i remember trying to lose weight and i tried ricecakes since they worked for my friend. in the end i would put so much peanutbutter on it i may as well had eaten a tastycake :P. there's not ONE plan for everyone, people just need to find what best works for them.
