Game won't load after champion select

Everytime I try to join a game after character selection, the screen just turns black and i don't see anything. The game just sits there with a black screen and won't load I checked my logs and here is what I found

Can you attach your logs as attachments to the post, rather than pasting them inline into the body?

Are you running little snitch, or some other form of firewall or network security software?

I resolved the issue apparently my anti-virus was preventing me from connecting

This just happened to me. I didnt change anything in my firewall. It happens once every 10ish games and its for a specific game (i cant connect to the game no matter what even after rebooting the computer) but for other games theres no problem

It just happened again just now. I was going for a ranked game and i cant connect to the game ... Is there anything we can do to prevent this ? except bootcamp

It's starting to happens a lot more often. 3 times the last 2 days. I tried with the official client and iLoL and its the same thing. Some games i just cannot connect. I get a message saying that i'm unable to connect to server and maybe its because of my firewall but its not.

Things you can try.

- Reboot your router/modem/computer
- Disable any antivirus, firewall, or security software you have installed.
- Try moving your laptop right next to your wireless router. It looks like you just plain don't have internet when its trying to connect to the game. Perhaps your wireless is spotty and keeps dropping.
- Try bringing your computer to someone else's house, preferably with a different internet provider, and see if it works there.
- Poke around the knowledge base on the support site. Some of the stuff is windows only, but it can be modified for mac.
- Remember, you can always open a support ticket, and you're guaranteed to have someone from Riot help you.
