EDIT: Apologies, there was an error on my part. That specific event was given prizing support, which has recently been paid out.

The xO Gaming tournament received an offer but never submitted a prize claim. Due to the statute of limitations on claims, the tournament forfeited all prizing. (http://competitive.na.leagueoflegend...-faq#seventeen)

Tiza I sent you a couple of emails as well but still no response regarding the prizes. all I got was your approval. Since my tournament is already maxed out at 256 (capped), I will post the brackets now instead of march 5th, but still give everyone the same deadline to complete their matches (1 week after march 5th).

but it would still be nice if I could get more information for the prize support ASAP to show my players.

Here's my tournament link:

ForeverYourz- Prizes were distributed for this MadCast Open #5, and all five of those Summoners recieved the first place prize. Prizes were not offered to the La Quinta Key Club tournament.

Jedi- Stickyflames is not supported by Riot.

What is a Wolf- Riot does not support 1v1 tournaments, which is what the email you received states.

Tiza that's not what the email stated. here it is:
-----------
Hello,

Thank you for your tournament submission. We currently support 5v5 tournaments on Summoner’s Rift, Crystal Scar, and Proving Grounds, and 3v3 tournaments on Twisted Treeline. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We look forward to your next submission!
-----------
Why discriminate 1v1s and completely support 5v5s in proving grounds? I don't see the logic in this. I currently have 256 players as well as 20 something subs registered, which is about 10 times more players than any active tournaments in this section COMBINED. If anything you'd want to provide prizes for people to play your game which is exactly what they're doing.

How can I alert them that their whole tournament is just a scam? They have weekly tournaments for SC2 and LoL (LoL obviously being the game that says their prize distribution is handled by Riot)

Thanks for clearing that up Tiza. I was admittedly a bit nervous about the prize situation there as I was led to believe they weren't given prizes.
