So this guy get's a strong majority pardon...

Meanwhile... This poor guy gets a permaban...

edit: Yes, i realize that you have to be punished multiple times to be permabanned, but the main focus is the pardoned case. It's just a comparison. It seems like the guy that got pardoned did aloooot worse than the guy that got perma'd, so why wasn't he pardoned if this guy was?

Tribunal is amazing.

When is something going to be done about this? I know i'm not the only one seeing this problem...

lol, 2 cases tens of thousands that have been through the tribunal. Obviously an accurate representation.

A permaban requires at least 4 prior bans by the way. On top of being reviewed by a riot employee.

You need to understand that perma-bans come after a very lengthy history of being reported. That being said, the perma-ban summoner likely wasn't here for the first or second time. Also, the ones reporting him were able to add context and there were multiple reporters for each match. For your first example, there was only 1 person in each game that reported him and they didn't even bother to fill out the comment field.

Yes, i realize you have to be banned alot to be up for perma ban, but it seems like the guy that got punished didn't do anything nearly as bad as the guy that got a significant pardon. Just seems pretty unfair.

It's to bad that guy in the first one got through. We'll get him next time.

I won't explain the permaban guy because you'll probably just say something like "you'd permaban someone for THAT?!" - completely misunderstanding how the system works. But I'd hit punish.

Both deserved to be punished. The first guy got a lucky group of judges. By the way, the tribunal judges do not get to choose the punishment, they only rule on guilt.
