Just checking in to add myself to the poor fellows that have this problem.

Considering my recent purchases included a bundle, it's like half of my hero selection that has vanished overnight. I'm a sad. T_T

bump for those still missing content-

If you still have to submit a ticket submit it to billing as they are the most applicable people to this issue.

I don't know about that. I mean, the billing worked just fine, as the purchase history proves it and it had unlocked properly. It's just the game going haywire in that regard, I believe. Sent mine in as Game : General.

Doubt it changes much anyways, I think Riot is just overflooded in this holiday, so being patient is the only answer.

I sent a ticket to *both* billing and general account. Billing responding first, but general account *finally* fixed the problem today!!!! Yay!!!
