Skrag was one of the original inhabitants of the forests of Valoran. He was raised secluded from Demacian rule his entire life and learned ways to survive and be self sufficient. As master hunter, he leads his band of scouts into the wilds to secure food for his tribe and defends their settlement from whatever beasts may approach.

Auto-attack: Ranged Longbow

Passive: Skrag's acute sense of hearing can sense moving enemy champions up to 1200 units, granting an indicator of the direction of their approach.

Q: Aimed Shot: Skrag takes steady aim and prepares a bolt that deals physical damage based on the duration the arrow is held. This can be charged up to four times, with charges stacking quicker with faster attack speed. This shot can be intercepted.

W: Blood Trail: Skrag fires an arrow at the leg of an enemy champion creating a blood trail for 7 seconds that is visible through fog of war causing bleed damage over time.

E: Rend: Skrag performs a melee attack that applys physical damage slows an enemy champion by 30% for 1.5 seconds and increases his movement speed by 20% for 1 second.

R: Gamesmanss Fury (Ultimate): Skrag summons his hawk, Talicus, to attack an enemy champion and follows them through brush and fog of war. If the target dies, Talicus returns to Skrag's shoulder until a new target is chosen. Lasts 15 seconds.

Summon: Talicus:
Passive: Aura: Increases nearby allies' attack damage by (%).
Passive: Eye-Gouge: Every 5 attacks, Talicus scratches the targets eyes causing them to be blinded for 1 second. Talicus's attack speed is (0.75* Champion Attack speed)

What if the champion he hits doesn't have a leg?

ok, his w leaves a trail for too long, his passive is pretty over powered (maybe make it one of those passives that give him a buff or whatever when he walks through grass), and we need stats like movement speed and health or whatever (because he's a hunter i think he'd have a kinda high movement speed). He also needs lore, cooldowns, mana costs (if any), and exactly how much damage his abilities do, and how they get more powerful as he upgrades them. another cool thing that people give their champions is quotes. for when he moves, attacks, laughs, dies, etc... this gives the champ a bit more personality and it gives us a better idea of how to picture them. pleez check out my champ here .http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...ghlight=virder
