Their skills have absolutely NOTHING in common.

Do some math crafting not just THIS IS BETTER CAUSE FOT HIS
Early game because almost everyone has the same speed, dodging his death bomb is very difficult. Late game in team fights there is so much commotion its easy to hit anyone

You're trying to tell me kog's W and TF's E arent similar? Both give passive aspeed and a damage boost.

TF isn't a ranged AD carry. TF is mainly a ganker (PaC+Gate), farmer (Wild Cards), and support hero (with PaC), with some decent but intentionally inferior DPS.
EDIT: and you left out the 15% CDR on stacked deck

TF is a solo pusher/ganker/anti-ganker

Kog is a carry.

AD carries? Have you been playing the same Kog Maws and TFs as me?

Last time I played with people that know how to use those champs, TF was a pure caster (not even hybrid with guinsoo) and Kog Maw was a magic/hybrid ranged carry.

And that's how they were played at WCG btw.

Oh, and if you weren't sure, yes, AD TF is not the way to play him.

+range and 6% of targets health in damage use = 15% AS 15% CDR and every 4th hit does extra damage?

TF is played AP+lichbane, no attackspeed in competitive play.

Dude, it's not very hard to juke out the Icthian Surprise.

Also, it's not hard to juke the Living Artillery.

And do not compare Apples to Oranges.

I stopped reading when you said his W gives him AS. Please play champions before coming to the forums to evaluate them.

No, it's just that EU's strat hinged extremely heavily on TFs mobility, so you could have 2 guys take teleport as their summoner spells to counter him, or just ban him and watch their strategy fall apart.

One solution is easier, especially when your opponent is heavily cemented in their strat
