- Veigars passive ability gain on Baleful Strike should be 2/4/6/8/10 instead of 1/2/3/4/5 on champion kills AND assists. as it is now, this passive really adds nothing to game dynamics or strategy. making this change gives Veigar players the strategy of trying to get kills and assists, and also opens up support Veigar.

-increase the health regen on Fioras passive;

-have Poppys passive work on true damage

-Darius -5movespeed

-Garens passive shouldnt be broken by jungle monsters

-Luxs shields duration should be increased to 4secs and its scaling should be changed to 80/110/140/170/200 from 80/105/130/155/180; and grant her a movespeed buff when cast.

- Turrets on twisted treeline should do true damage based on % health. To counter tanks

- mushrooms and other items should not be allowed to be placed on key objective pads in twisted treeline.

- increase the range on Swains ultimate by 50%. the cost to maintain it lowered to 4/5/6 mana increased per second instead of 5/6/7

- increase the ziggs AP ratios

- increase Sejuani movespeed to 325 from 315. increase base damage to 60 from 54

- remove spell block from katarina

-Jax, Darius, Irelei,Cho Gath, Olaf. all -20 starting health.

Rune Changes:

-max health seals now +1% from .5%; max health quints now 2% instead of 1.5%

-critical damage marks now +3% critical damage up from 2.23%; quints +5% up from 4.46%

-mana quints up to +40 instead of +37.5

-mana per level quints should be +100 @ lvl 18 instead of +75; and the glyphs should be +40 @lvl 18 instead of 25

-health regen runes should be dramatically increased

Eh since its just more random thoughts, Ill add em to same post instead of making a new one:

- ranked games should have a notification that house rules favor pick order over calls

- tribunal punishments(at least ones beyond the first one) should be personally reviewed by Riot; and should punish people who start trash talking others; being silent or simply replying to someone shouldnt be punishable.



Following are my predictions for season 3

Jax will be OP
Teemo will be OP
Ryze will become a lot more popular but wont be OP
Wukong jungle will be OP

congrats, WoTA viegar stands around doing nothing and becomes the lord of LoL. gg guyz was nice standing around ya know... doing absolutely noting and getting permanent ap for it. Seriously, at level 9 he can get up to 50 ap without doing a thing.

she already has 15 more movespeed than the average mage and her shield applies twice making this a 40 hp increase. It's more than it sounds like. She would need just over 100 less ap to do what she does now with that thing

learn to counter them on your own, turrets do enough. They arent there to make you less bad

they are visible to both teams when actually placed on top. Objectives get traps, deal with it. It only costs 250 to see them for 4 minutes anyways

I dont even remember what this does but I doubt this is a good idea considering 6 mana per second is not actually impossible

- AD carry items shouldnt be so end game powerful. AD carries are very weak early/mid game, and too powerful late game.

Phantom Dancer/Blood Thirster should be made cheaper but less powerful. To give a stronger mid game but weaker late game.

Infinity Edge should be made a lil more expensive, a lil better, but not have BFS build into it. So the decision to build it should hurt the mid game more.


there should be a Dorans blade that is basically 2 dorans blades combined. with more attack damage, less life steal. but it is sold for just 20% of its buying cost. This will to signify mid game investment over late game investment.

didnt read much of this but the viegar thins, he doesnt need MOAR AP, he needs to be reworked, he already gets 700+ ap every game, thats not his issue

but it seems you would like to buff like 4 champs and nerf everyone else?

and why should towers do true damage on TT? they just remade the map to stop people from turtling for days..
