If you won a draw in which Riot allowed you to make your own character for LOL, what would it be?
p.s, they should do this.

Please do your homework, no OP champs, and rate each others.

Here is mine:


Thetis - the sea goddess of Demacia

Passive: Fusion: Gain 1 hp every time you use a skill

Q - Splash: Next attack deals splash damage to surrounding enemies (50% of ad and ap)
Shear: Next auto attack deals 50, 65, 80, 95, 110% of attack damage and lowers armour by 5, 9, 13, 17, 21% (stacks up to 3 times)

W - Pool: create a pool of water that slows all enemies by 10, 15, 20, 25, 30%
Frozen: stun an enemy for .5, .75, 1, 1.25, 1.5 seconds, if cast on pool, all enemies are stuned

E - Infusion: sucks 5, 8, 11, 14, 17% of enemies mana, 1/2 returns to you.
Ice blast, deals 30, 40, 50 60, 70 (plus 80% of ap) to enemies in a cone

R - Water Stance: 3, 6, 9% less damage taken
Ice stance: 3, 6, 9% more damage

Each spells has water ability first, then ice.

Demiga, Swordsman of the Void.

Summoned from the Void, Demiga was once human. He was a body guard up for hire. His last job was to protect a group of wizards that delved deep into the soil and into a burried forgotten temple, their goal was to draw the corrupted energy from the Void and learn to manipulate and harness its mighty but terrible power. Once the ritual had begun dark tears in the temple walls began to form, wicked and unnatural monsters leaped from the depths. Demiga held off the unslaught for as long as his legs stood, but alas the endless horde never stopped. With the wizards dead, their bodies lying in front of him in a bloody massacre and his back against the wall, Demiga had but one choice. The mighty tear in the reality that the wizards had summoned into his world was his only escape.

No one knows how long Demiga has been in the Void. When he was summoned into Runeterra he was first ready to fight, to survive as he had done by any means so long ago, but with hearing the pleas of the summoners to help there world he realized he was free of the Void. He gladly agreed to assist the summoners to pay them back for his freedom. With the terrible powers of the Void at his back Demiga is a force to be reckoned with.

Abilities:

Rapid Slash - Demiga dashes forward ignoring unit collision, dealing damage to enemies in his path.

Demiga rushes forward dealing 70/105/140/175/210 (+1.2) physical damage to enemies in his path.


Corrupted Channeling - Demiga mends his wounds with the corrupted energy from the Void.

Demiga channels, restoring 140/280/420/560/700 health over 5 seconds.


Judgement Cut - Demiga dashes backwards and slashes with such speed of his Yamato that creates a warping cone in front of him. Within the cone, sphere slashes appear slowing enemies and dealing physical damage.

Demiga's sphere slashes slow enemies movement and attack speed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds and deals 70/100/130/160/190 (+0.7) physical damage.

Colapsar - Demiga draws his mighty Void blade and stabs a rift in the world creating a black hole. Enemies within the range of the hole are slowed, after 3 seconds all enemies within are drawn into the hole at the center. Captured targets are stunned in the orb for 2 seconds then are shot out from an explosion.

Demiga's black hole slows targets Movement Speed by 50% and Attack Speed by 25%. Captured targets are stunned for 2 seconds dealing 125/195/265 (+0.8) physical damage each second. The final explosion sends foes in all directions dealing 160/250/340 (+0.75) true damage.

Passive: Void Enraged: With each attack Demiga places tiny scratches letting Void Energy seap into the world, he then absorbs the energy using it to power his attacks. Every 4th strike the scratches form into one larger tear with does bonus damage and allows Demiga to absorb more energy.

Recommended Items: Beserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancers, Infinity Edge, The Bloodthirster, Last Whisper, Guardian's Angel.

Playstyle: Demiga uses Void Rage (Rage basically) to power his attacks, with each attack Demiga gains an amount of Void Rage dependant on how much damage dealt. Each of his moves cost a large pool of Void Rage so its good try and foreshadow a fight and build Void Rage up before it begins.

So I'm not really sure about the balancing so there's not going to be numbers, but here's mine.
Jolt, the messenger of Demacia

Stats should be somewhat durable.

Passive: Full Speed-Jolt has 35 tenacity to start with (can stack with items)

Flying kick:
Jolt flys at a target enemy dealing damage attack damage with bonus damage scaling heavily off bonus MS (2.0 scale?), AP(.3). He also knocks the target back slightly (100) and gains %MS boost after use.

Speed burst:
Passively grants % bonus MS.
Activate on self for 5 sec of extra bonus MS or on ally for 3 sec each.

Concussive blast:
Jolt moves at impossible speed (blink) 200 space. A long range air blast in a narrow (10 deg?) cone originates at his destination dealing heavy magic damage and slowing all enemies caught (1.0 AP)(.5 bonus MS).

Uncatchable (Ult):
Jolt gains huge bonus MS (40,60,80%) for 20 sec that fades over the course of the spell. Furthermore, after use he is exhausted and suffers -20% MS for 20 sec.

Playstyle: Jolt buys early MS items and uses ghost. He flies around battles and the map. You can build him AD,AP or hybrid so long as you include MS items (boots 5, shyrelia's, zeal ect.) His high speed makes him very good for punishing overextended champions.

Passive:
Every 3 basic attacks reduce Ultimate cooldown for 2 sec.

Q skill:
Globally stun enemy team for 1 sec and deal magic damage for 30/60/90/120/150 ( +10% AP).
Mana cost: 80
Cooldown: 10 sec

W skill:
Globally deal magic damage for 30/60/100/150/200 (+ 15% AP).
Mana cost: 75
Cooldown: 8 sec

E skill:
Globally Heal teammates for 70/110/160/200/240 (+10% AP).
Mana cost: 80
Cooldown: 15 sec

R Skill:
Globally reset all teammates' ultimate.
Mana cost: 200
Cooldown: 140 sec
