We obviously decided against sound proof booths for the World Championship. Booths aren't completely soundproof. They still use the same methods as we're doing with headsets - pumping white noise in. Ive talked to a variety of players, and you really have the same exact same issues with booths you can still hear the muffled sound of crowd noise, which can telegraph plays. Its something were constantly thinking about ways of improving.

The reason we went our open headset solution was because we feel strongly that the players should be part of the atmosphere and crowd experience, instead of sectioned off in a booth. This allows the players to be easy to watch and accessible to the live audience.

As for the line of sight issue, we are working to address players not being able to look over the backs and up at the screens. We will be creating an overhang so this is no longer viable, and it'll be fixed for the conclusion of the playoffs as well as the finals.

In the long run, we'll continue looking at our options and picking what we think is best based on feedback and experience. Nothing's off the table.

I'm not saying they are 100 perc guilty, im just saying there is perception in korean forum of doubt on their match, same as the perception of doubt which was placed upon azf v tsm in the english forums (here and reddit). It would be only fair to grant that rematch as well, as only doing so for tsm would seem biased would it not?

In regards to the sun causing such a disruption to the players, how was this allowed to happen? Was there any planning involved that took into account the sun getting into players eyes causing delays, or was it simply an oversight?

not ANY kind of turning heads indicates a player is cheating.

well it depends on if riot determines frost's woong to be actually cheating or not(random ping at where tsm was). this has nothing to do with tpa (unless its also determined that they somehow cheated). granting tsm another chance=/=granting NJ another chance if its completely different issue right?

personally i dont think there shud be remake at all. matches are played, results should be final, at least in professional sports that is. nvr seen a final baseball match go on to have its scores changed because of a bad/missed call.

I love this game and will continue supporting it. The only issue is that I do not think you should overlook the Frost and TSM game. It will undermine e-sports if Frost goes ahead and wins the Season 2 championship. If the audio can not be audited to disapprove that Frost was cheating, the best way to handle the situation is to redo the games. If Frost really deserves the win, they will most likely come on top.

If you choose to ignore this situation it might undermine the future of esports.
