i think the changes are awesome but no offence phreak ur a great player but ur building here wrong in my eyes. my first item would be boots then gunblade, deathsfire graps, liche bane/trinity force, then go for resistance in rylas and frozen mallet

Great JOB Riot. Eve stealth is more broken now since the vision is the same as GP ult. some Rework
her abilites are nerfs!!!!
Hate Spike
Cooldown changed to 1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5 from 0.8/0.8/0.8/0.8/0.8
Cost changed to 19/23/27/31/35 Mana from 12/15/18/21/24 Mana
Range changed to 500.0
Effect changed to Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby enemy dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.45 AP) (+0.4 Bonus AD) magic damage to all enemies in its path.
Hate Spike prioritizes targets Evelynn has recently attacked.
Ravage
Cost changed to 50/55/60/65/70 Mana from 90/105/120/135/150 Mana
Range changed to 185.0
Effect changed to Evelynn slashes a target 2/2/2/2/2 times, dealing 35/60/85/110/135 (+0.5 AP) (+0.4 Bonus AD) magic damage with each strike. Evelynn then gains 60/75/90/105/120% Attack Speed for 3/3/3/3/3 seconds.
Dark Frenzy
Effect: Passive: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her 4/8/12/16/20 Movement Speed for 3/3/3/3/3 seconds (effect stacks up to 4/4/4/4/4 times).
Active: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her and gains 30/40/50/60/70% Movement Speed for 3/3/3/3/3 seconds.
Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown.
Cooldown: 20/20/20/20/20

the delay on shadow walk is a bit long. i think i counted it as almost 6 seconds and damage dealt reveals her. now only that but she gets a alert icon above her head which makes it even more useless.
and on top of that the detection range is as mentioned elsewhere larger than oracles used to be. i dont see any use for a oracle in stealth detection. its now just for ward clearing. why didnt you make it smaller? and why did you remove her main escape by making her lose stealth and stay that way for a significant time after being dealt any damage.
i just see this as a nerf to her entire kit. all she needed was her stun back and vision when within say 350-400 range.

I don't understand the invisibility.. if you get too close to someone will they see you?
If so then wow.. that's stupid. What's the point of sneaking around if people will be able to see you when you're invisible?

i think eve was fine before the nerfs n this new remake idk but it just seems unnecessary and really just because a faction of new players didnt know how to deal with her doesnt mean she was needed for a nerf tbh in my opinion if u were to bring back the old eve it would prob make her better but thats me
