I don't.

I am usually swearing irl, but I just don't type anything in chat.

I blame myself for every loss I get, by taking responsibility that I could have won if I played better regardless of the rest of my team I continually improve and remain calm.

Don't focus that much on how others are doing, ignore (or laugh at) rage/trolling in chat, and don't get to hung up on a mistake. This isn't a tournament, it's a game for 99.9% of us and you shouldn't expect everyone to be god tier.

There's a lot of tricks I use to help me remain calm when I'm in a frustrating situation(League or IRL).

One of the biggest tricks I use is conscious breathing. When I start to focus on my breathing and force myself to take deep breaths, it really helps calm me down. I start to become more aware of myself and the situation. This allows me to start thinking more clearly. A good tip is to count your breaths, in and out, up to 10 and see how you feel.

Also, I'm really in to music. I almost always listen to music when I play League and it's a real source of comfort for me when I'm stressed. At any given time I have a particular jam that always pumps me up and I'll just throw that bad boy on, breath in and out and start to come back down.

These are just a couple tricks, but I think the breathing one is the most important. A lot of us don't realize when we're upset that we'll flex our muscles or start taking shallow breaths. This will put more stress on your body and cause you to lose it even more. Focusing on relaxing and being aware of where you are mentally is a HUGE step in improving your outlook on all things.

- Set goals.

- Realize you will not meet those goals overnight.

- Realize that you will lost half your games (most likely). That's how Matchmaking works

- Play X games a day (for me it's 3). I stick to 3 ranked games a day/session and treat it as a best of 3. I then see how many best of 3s I won for the week and consider it a success/fail based on that.

- Realize that you cannot change the past events of a game. Never. Not once.

- Realize that you cannot change how your teammates play. Especially with negative comments.

That's all I got for you
