Hey Summoners,

We are aware some of you may be currently getting "Attempting to Reconnect" while in game causing you to to have a rubber banding effect. This generally happens when there is packet loss and you may never see your ping change.

If you are having this issue please run the Network Diagnostic Tool attached. Make sure to extract the file from the .zip before running it.If you would like please include your location and ISP. The output should be a txt file that is saved to your desktop.

OH! And one last thing for players who would like to go a step further! If you would like to provide extra input here is what to do!

1. Download WinMTR http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
2. Open WinMTR
3. Where is says Host: put in either "192.64.170.1" or "192.64.171.1" and hit the Start button
4. Let it run for a few minutes or until you have about 100 packets sent
5. Hit the Stop button
6. Hit the Export to TEXT and save the file.
7. Upload the file to your post
8. Profit?


Update - 3/16 20:25 PDT - We are still reviewing the logs and working to track down the root cause as to why there is an increase with players getting "Attempting to Reconnect"
Update - 03/16 03:19 PDT - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Ranked Queues have been enabled and Loss Forgiven has been disabled. See you on the Fields of Justice!
Update - 03/16 02:54 PDT - We are going to be preforming a live network maintenance at 03:00 PDT. Ranked Queues will be disabled and loss forgiven will be enabled during the scheduled maintenance.
Update - 03/15 21:45 PDT - We are going to be preforming another live network maintenance at 03:00 PDT 3/16, and will be enabling loss forgiven beforehand
Update 03/15 21:30 PDT - We have completed the maintenance and loss forgiven has been disabled. We will continue to review the logs.
Update - 03/15 20:00 PDT - We're going to be performing live network maintenance related to the instability, and will be enabling loss forgiven beforehand
Update - 3/15 19:20 PDT - We are currently working with a couple providers to determine the cause of players getting "Attempting to Reconnect"

It'd be nice to have a diagnostics test for mac too...

It is just a batch script. It should be fairly easy to port it over to Mac with just a few command changes.
