Since you happen to be someone who responds to various computer hardware questions, you might want to have this to hand.

TL;DR:

60fps@ 1920x1080 High details, High shadows requires HD 6670 or GT 630.
60fps@ 1920x1080 High details, Very High shadows requires HD 7750 or GTX 650.
60fps@ 5760x1080 (triple screen gaming) High details, Very High shadows requires HD 7750 or GTX650 Ti.

However, I run this game at ~50fps@ 1280x800, no shadows on a intel HD3000 on my sandy bridge i5.

It'll run on anything, and look reasonable at the same time.

TIL you need to check to see if your PC can run League.

I thought everything made within the past year-2 that isn't a low end tablet could run LoL on high.

220-300 FPS max all 1080p(40 inch hdtv), GTX 560ti before I got my new card.

That site off?

I have a GTX 780 TI and I cannot make League run at more than 60FPS because of the video options I don't know why.

It doesn't matter anyway. If your screen refresh rate is 60Hz like 98% of monitors the extra FPS is a complete waste.

I had to leave it uncap because when I stalled it at 60 it had issues. Maybe because 120Hz tv idk, but it just didn't like 60.

But my response was towards "Requires this to get this" but I had a gpu 2 generations down do it plus more.

That's true. I can get 35 FPS maxed on a GTX 280. So his "requirements" must be a little steep.

They seem to be, I get well over 100 fps maxed with my 5770.

Size isn't everything. Resolution is what matters.

1080p = 1920/1080. Hence, 1080p.

You probably have it set to 60 FPS under video options, or capped to refresh rate which is 60 Hz.
