Thanks for the help.
Everything is solid on it, except the graphics card. It's on the weak side. It would still run League but it would probably be around 40~ FPS at medium settings due to the limited GPU.

And it wouldn't be able to run more graphically intense game.

If you don't know what a ramdisk is you don't really have use for more than 8 gigs.
And SSDs have largely taken the ramdisks niche. I'm surprised you run one but props for keeping it old school.

Did you know that a single process in Windows can NEVER use over 2GB of RAM unless you specifically edit it to do so? Lol. Fact. Go run the most intensive game or benchmark you can think of and open task manager and please tell me of a situation where you see a process using over 2GB ram. You will never. No gaming computer needs over 8GB RAM.

People like to throw money around and waste it on a lot things when it comes to PC builds, but if you go to any informed tech forums this is the answer you will get.
preach.

If you have the time, head over to http://pcpartpicker.com/ and put your own PC together. It's going to be cheaper with better hardware than a prebuilt.

Eliv, is there been any reported issues involving massive FPS drops lately? I've been a steady 60 FPS for over a year, and since the Lunar Revel patch I'm ranging between 5-40 FPS and can't play reliably. Any known cause?

Have you tried updating your video card drivers?

Get rid of the trash AMD products and it's not a bad computer.

There haven't been too many reports that talk about FPS drops, but take a look at the Wrenchman's FPS Guide. It may help out, even if you were experiencing better FPS before the patch.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you delete your game.cfg. Sometimes it gets corrupted and causes fps issues. NOTE: This will reset your in-game settings. You can find it here:
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\game.cfg

If that still doesn't work, go ahead and send in a support ticket at:
https://support.leagueoflegends.com/...s_requests/new

And be sure to attach a Dxdiag:

And the r3d logs from the games you experienced this fps drop in:
