Okay so I am getting incredibly frustrated with support. I've been trying to deal with an issue for 2 days and the time it is taking between responses is ridiculous for one.

Hey HubbyBear,

We do work to answer tickets as quickly as possible. So if there is a delay, odds are there is something behind it, such as a large line of tickets, an investigation is happening for your issue, etc.

An example I can give working in Billing is that a lot of issues that get brought to my attention require verification of people's billing information if they are having problems with a recent purchase. In situations like these, including specific and accurate information will accelerate the investigative process that we use, which means the resolution/response will also come faster.

As long as the ticket isn't marked as "closed", it means we are still working on your issue. If you've already received an initial response, it means that your ticket is now being personally handled by a support specialist.

Apologies for the delay but rest assured we're working on resolving the issue you are experiencing as fast as possible.

My experience is that there is a minimum of 24 hours turnaround time between sending in a response and them replying to it.

make a ticket that you are unsatisfied with your response time and demand to speak with higher authority. Ask for free RP for this outrage which they will give to you.

I don't mean to sound impatiant or bratty over it, I know you guys are doing your jobs and I appreciate the response. It's just when you feel the info you're giving isn't being taken into proper consideration and then the long delays, then trying to get it done by a certain time frame. It just really gets frustrating.
