Do you have the Logitech Gaming software installed? It can have a huge effect on functionality.

Ahh, actually, that only solved half of the problem.
Now my Razer 2.0 App doesn't read my mouse, so I can't tinker with it at all.
@Eliv, yeah I got a Logitech keyboard installed. It came with the PC. >_<
Best thing you can do is when LoL client is running, unplug then replug in. Make sure all the drivers are up to date on your keyboard and mouse (this can have a HUGE effect on things).
It's not something I've ever heard before so I cannot say with 100% guarentee what I suggest will fix/resolve your issue for you.
But most the time rebooting, installing/updating drivers fixes a bit of it, unplugging/replugging back in.
Just curious though when you said your "keyboard doesn't work" when you open the LoL Client, are you able to open up notepad and type in that or no?
Just fishing for some more information.
I do tech support stuff all the time with computers and what not so I will tend to ask a TON of questions.
