So I just got my new computer from Cyberpower and it has liquid cooling. I'm not sure if I need to take it apart and put water into the cooler, or just leave it as is. Help?

It's probably a prefilled liquid cooler.

Can you post the model of the cooler?

You have to submerge the entire computer in water.

I'm sure the cooling system doesnt come with water in it.

Watch a guide on youtube of how to fill and work the liquid cooling system, or its bad news for your computer if you mess something up.

PS: Once you have it all set up, enjoy the soft whirr of your computer.

Morgageddon has a liquid cooling system.

So, the one I bought came with a replacement heat sink for my CPU, with rubber water lines already attached to the radiator, water included inside already. I'd highly recommend actually reading the instruction manual for the cooling system you bought, since some just need to be installed and turned on, while others need to be filled and maintained.

Factory Filled and Sealed, No Refilling Needed
This means it is already ready to go, with liquid.

I don't recommend trying to take it apart.
