It's great to know that you're working on all these.

But it sucks to see that a number tweak can take up to 2 months, or a whole season. Why does it takes so long to adjust number back and forth by a bit?

Like, just look at League of TF. It has been ages and TF still hasn't been hit in that overbuffed Spell sword passive.

Good thing they have this massive weakness towards ganks (Quinn does anyways pre-6, I don't play vayne top so no knowledge on it) since they are squishy all game, and for Quinn anyways to beat most top lanes must start doran blade thus have no wards until 1st back.

I don't think they are hard lane counters in terms of their high frequency lane counters. You can play a lot of ADCs vs Vayne and not be hard countered. Yes, some top lane matchups where you play Vayne would be rough for the other party.

I agree that one could make they argue that Vayne as an example has a lot of disengage, and this does reduce her counterplay in some cases, and feeds into why we have a little bit of mobility creep... But I just don't think this is a public enemy #1 level of bad counterplay, and any solution around disengage has to be fit in with consideration around mobility creep.
