In case you didn't realize this...

You can counter an ADC top by taking top a champion that counters ADCs

Like Urgot, or Zed, Teemo, etc. Or just about ANY mage.

Saying Vayne and Quinn destroy most melee in lane is like saying you're FORCED to fight these two champions with melee in lane. Uh uh, no, you aren't.

Yeah sure they hard counter some melee in lane, sure. Then switch your team positions around and don't fight a Vayne with Darius, or a Quinn with Garen. PROBLEM SOLVED.

He was not speaking about how Vayne ignores defenses. He was talking about how most melee champions can never stick to Vayne and Quinn because of their amazing disengage potential.

Riot, change Vaynes Silver bolts so that when she procs them they interrupt. This makes her a real duelist, because a Vayne with the right mix of AS/AD/Crit is going to be consistently interrupting her opponent every 3 attacks. The interrupt doesn't need to be long, maybe a half a second. Getting rid of the % health true damage means people actually need to build damage on her.

Change the flat true damage to scaling true damage that scales off of AD, and give it a slight interrupt. She stays

But WHY is it % Maximum Health True damage. That's just ridiculous on every known level...........
