Thank you Riot CaptnPanda!

I thought upper Bronze/lower Silver had gotten much more crazy all of a sudden over the last couple of weeks, and now I am realizing why - so many boosters and duo queues out there that are putting players in my games who are either too good or too bad for my skill level. There are duo queue partners in virtually every one of my games now, on both sides, and while some aren't so great, some are amazingly good - a little too good. Also, I am seeing some players on "hard carry" Champions who completely dominate the game with crazy good plays. All of that is starting to make sense given how many reports of boosting there are.

One follow-up item: please talk to the rest of the Riot team on the structure of rewards. Having all the good rewards cut off at the Gold level is just free money for the boosters, because every player at the Bronze and Silver level will be sorely tempted to get some "help" to get over that magic Gold V hurdle. A much better system would be like what Blizzard uses, where rewards are given for number of games won and for experience playing games, which encourages players to simply play games and try to win, without obsessing over where exactly in the ladder they are. That in turn reduces the incentives for players to buy accounts or use boosting services.

CaptnPanda, how come you guys haven't banned Hafu and a bunch of other high profile elo boosters from S2? There was tons of evidence against Hafu in a large thread, and Riot completely ignored it, allegedly because Tantram is Hafu's friend.

Meanwhile you banned a friend of mine for suspicious activity (which was really just using a proxy or something while on vacation), and you give him canned responses when he gives you proof he didn't boost...

Because there is so little conversation between riot and the guy who sent the report it feels like being brushed aside more then anything else.

3 days ago I submitted a report to the online support about a facebook page of a "small company that will get you from bronze to gold", as they say, but I didn't had any response yet so I'm taking this opportunity to clarify some doubts.

How should I proceed to report this?
Which section of the support should I send it to?
The more info the better.

First, I try to communicate with the player in their Report ticket when I get them. I find most of the time when the player gets back to me they have more information which is incredibly useful. Updates are always incredibly helpful and much appreciated by the PSPB team regardless of if they acknowledge it or not.

Well you submitted the ticket on a Friday? So the reason for not hearing anything back yet may be because of the weekend. Facebook groups are tricky that being sometimes Summoner Names are hard to find. You can report this as usual ticket. The subject line should sum up the ticket " Facebook Elo boosting group " for example. Then in the ticket just include everything you can. Links, Screen Shots, anything you think would be helpful for us to figure out if this group is actually an elo boosting group or not. However, Groups and such tend to take us longer to investigate. Just keep that in mind.

What do you specifically define as boosting?

It might be a larger variety of things than I might know.

Just so I won't break any rules in the future.

PS: Ty for helping us out.
