I'm not sure if this is helpful or anything, but when I try to play/spectate a game with a custom map skin, it seems that the textures for that map refuse to load, leaving the environment looking like this:

Okay, can you copy the RiotRadsIO.dll from this location: "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_launcher\releases\0.0.0. 182\deploy\RiotRadsIO.dll"

Into this location:

C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\

Overwrite the existing .dll when you copy/paste it.

After that, try loading into a custom game and let me know if you're still crashing.

Yup, this is an issue with some changes we made to how game assets are loaded. Custom game modifications are going to crash/behave strangely until the mod authors make changes.
