Would most likely be Nasus unwilling to finish, or a long drawn out fight in which both become their respective Avatars that ends in a wounded, disgusting stalemate.

Would be rather cool to watch imo.

lvl 6
Fury of the Sands vs. Dominus (Quest can't trigger unless both ulties are up and above 80% health)
1v1 Slugfest in a violent sandstorm of unending AoE magic damage. (Maybe use adapted Kha'zix Isolation tech to determine if nearby enemies? Can't really stop them from coming in after the quest starts though)
May the best ancient egyptian armoured beastie win.

Alternatively, quest triggers if both have their ulties active and the AoE's overlap.

How would this work? Everyone in the storm except nasus and renekton gets hurt?

I believe that after a long and hard battle (both just keep ulting), Nasus manages to win the battle of words and brings Renekton back to the, for lack of a better term, light side.

I like happy endings too much

Someone hasn't read their lores. Nasus has accepted that Renekton is beyond redemption and wants to put him out of his misery, which is also what Renekton wanted, back when he wasn't completely consumed by rage.

Everyone is saying that Nasus wouldn't kill Renekton, but Nasus runs on cold logic over emotional ties. That's his schtick.

yeah that might work if Renekton wasn't completely insane. throwing words of reason at something completely unreasonable is like throwing a softball at a brickwall and expecting it to crumble.

actually what would happen is rammus gets double movementspeed due to his sandrush passive.

Sandrush: Sand Rush doubles Speed in a Sandstorm and makes the Rammus immune to Sandstorm damage

The lore is misleading.
Everyone knows Renekton has a thing for Nasus, unsure how to show it he goes banana.
Nasus being the kind brother has no intentions of hurting him, but rather put him back into his submissive state of mind.

What about the big Zed vs Shen, Akali, and Kennen.

Something like the evil ionians ( zed, Syndra, possily varus ) vs the Good Ionians ( shen, akali, kennen )
