Take a look at that splash again. She's composed.

This is why I'm stoked for Skarma; everyone flies a different way in their dreams. In my dreams, I fly when I am perfectly at ease. But the higher I go, the more nervous and excited I become, which causes me to drop suddenly. The meaning is obvious--to attain enlightenment I must learn to perfect my composure.

Skarma is the embodiment of that dream. She releases her inner power by attaining inner peace. That is very unusual to Riot's typical champion scheme, and that's why this relaunch is so cool. Most champions are Sith. Skarma is the first Jedi in a while.

I really enjoy the current Karma skin and appreciate that you're trying to preserve that but I really enjoyed the shape that he gems had heavily, in fact her look alone is the reason that I went out and bought her.. I don't know if I'm being unappreciative, even when eve was redone I was sad because I'd worked at trying to bring these unused champions to light.

I'd like to say something.

Karma has been one of my favorite champions ever since I started playing League. Her gameplay is really fun and her theme is well represented in her current kit. However, she was underpowered not because of her scalings, which were fine, but because of her huge dependency on Mantra. Otherwise, Karma was a good champion who needed a few tweaks.

In terms of character design, Karma was elegant. Her model and lore showed she was a stoic leader who didn't let anyone get in her way and that she never abandons her allies. Her splash art, however, showed her as too exuberant. The black and white theme on Karma is beautiful, as well as her dress, but as Karma herself stated, "This dress may have been impractical." The visual update she got is perfect for a battlefield-style enviroment, which is why the VU is fine, despite losing her fans that were extremely iconic to her. The Traditional Karma skin, aka her classic skin, represents a Karma who participates in political, non-violent affairs dealing with Ionia and is upsettingly impractical for fast paced battles like the ones in the League of Legends.

Here's to hoping she still has her AoE burst and isn't a single-double burst caster.

It's true, my last post came across stronger than intended. I think they did a great job; the new design is quite striking and fits better with what league is becoming. I just feel that the legacy skin *is* the rework that was needed, keeping some of LoL's initial charm intact, while the new skin is another Mortal Kombat character that is in line with their LoL2.0 visual philosophy.

Any chance of this being the case with annie too, i loved playing the old annie, i find her remake, wrong her abilities just look like a blur of red. Pyromania is no longer a "fireball" as a blur of fire. this remake has stopped me playing annie because it doesnt feel right

After rereading her lore. Gotta admit those fans were kind of a part of her.

Although i dont own Karma, this is very welcome news.
The way you're approaching this is brilliant, and as a support player, i am curious to see her new kit.
I may have to save IP for her now, but time will tell.

Well done Riot, looking forward to you're next rework.

"So we thought her design wasn't Ionian enough so we made her more eastern in an american way."

Can we expect a gentleman of science to help "augment" her re-introduction? Karma shouldn't re-enter the league without a nice escort ^^

She's only 3k, it's worth saving a few games for it I think.
