The Shop just ate my RP and didnt give me my purchase! please help!

(if this is the wrong forum to post this in, could someone redirect me? thanks)

So i just bought the "Champions Bundle" in the "Bundles" area of the shop. But it didnt unlock the champions it said it would. any of them. I had also JUST bought the "Gamers Choice Pack" as well, and that one went through just fine. I'm looking to hear from a riot employee about having this issue resolved and either having my Rp refunded, or granting me the "Champions Bundle". I already closed and relogged into the client, to see if it was just bugged or delayed or something, but that didnt work.

So if anyone can help, or can assist me in finding help, or can tell me where i can contact riot so they can help me, just lemme know =)
