okay here comes logic:
they DID add the damage to cause tower aggro and to give you a small timer so you know when the bomb goes off.
they DID NOT add the damage to make it deal damage.
they DID NOT add the damage to kill players.
they DID NOT add the damage to make it cancel recall.
this is a quite obvious concept.
I find nothing wrong with the current implementation of Time Bomb.
I can talk to design about it though.
Either way I'm closing this thread to avoid further flaming.
