It looks like they've fixed the issue.

I kept a log of the IPs of the Servers which lagged me out before, i did tracerts to the exact same servers now they're fine because it looks like they are taking a different route to the server.

I can play WoW in 25 man raids with 50 MS, 60 FPS. LoL is the only game where this happens.

Im sad to say that I have tried absolutely everything suggested and otherwise and nothing works, this has made my game completely unplayable which severely depresses me, I have been playing since the release of League and I have spent well over 700 dollars on this game, I will be giving up league as of today, glad this issue has been resolved so quickly... said no one..... ever I give up.

this is still an issue was just playing this morning, my ping goes from around 90-100ms to around 350ms every 3 or 4 minutes then drops back to normal rates, and I find it a little bit of a joke that Riot has time to introduce "offline mode" for the client which has nothing to do with game play what so ever but yet hasn't fixed a serious issue which greatly affects the actual part of the game people play.

I am still experiencing horrible lag spikes with the message "Attempting to Reconnect" popping up. I already copied my TraceRoute here and I noticed today that my "ping" is steady around 81-84 (ms) with "spikes" up to 100.

What is strange is that I played yesterday with NO connectivity issues at all...

I began having this same issue since this last patch. I am extremely busy with school and work so I don't have much time to play, and that always seems to be between 1-3. This seems to start for me around 2:30 in the afternoon until past the time I play.
