Fixed a bug where champions affected by near-sightedness (Graves's Smokescreen, Nocturne's ultimate) could attack their team mates

I did not know about this, but maybe you may consider keeping it as a mechanic?

I think Kennen's AA had a bug where it would use the charge and not dish out the damage if the animation was interrupted

One piece of information I forgot to include about this. You need to add this setting to the [General] section of Game.cfg.

What does Riot think they are doing with this new Lightbringer? Why would they make it 20% instead of every 5 hits? They should be roughly equal, and they want to keep gameplay less luck oriented (see them removing dodge)

I don't understand how riot can say they want to have more stable gameplay by removing dodge, but keep crit and now even INTRODUCE a new luck mechanism? This is disappointing
