I just submitted a ticket (#4417990 to be exact) explaining, in detail, the "disappearance" of numerous champions and skins from my account. My patience is running slightly thin today, so someone please look in to this at their earliest convenience!!!

mine ticket number is (#4422567)

If u know how many champions/skins/runes i've lost. u gonna know why im so fkn mad right now. **** happens, but this? for a game that make money from its users, this is just unacceptable.

Dude, try not to be rude, this patch is huge and it being later in the evening Riot I'm sure doesn't have the normal army of people on duty. Plus its a free to play, your call if you spend money. Give riot a break....sheesh.

The same thing happened to me, and nobody has gotten back to me about it either since I've opened a ticket. I've been consolidating all reports of this occurence into the same thread though. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=2869659
