I purchased Oriana a while ago and she is not showing up in champion select. I checked my purchase history and she is this there, but it says I do not own her. I sent in a request 48 hours ago and I have not been given a response. Is there anyway someone can view my request and help solve this?

Hey BigMac2231!

Thank you for bringing your issue to the Help and Support Forum! After seeing your thread and reading your message, my interest was strongly peaked. Because of this, I went ahead and investigated the original ticket you submitted to determine why you did not receive a quick response! After reviewing your ticket, it appears that you kept replying or "bumping" your own ticket every few hours. This actually sends it to the back of our queues, and results in it taking much longer to get a response. Our queues are configured to put the tickets that have gone the longest since being updated, right at the top of the queue. Any time you send a response, it pushes your ticket back. I do sincerely apologize for any extra delay and inconvenience this may have caused.

Beyond this, I immediately went ahead and performed an in-depth audit of your account. The information you provided was exactly right in the sense that I was able to find Orianna in your purchase History, but not in your inventory. To this end, I went ahead and made some minor edits, and made sure that Orianna was properly placed in your inventory, You should now be able to select her normally once in Champion Selection!

I hope you enjoy your new champion! Just remember, the ball is impatient!

I am having the same issue but with multiple champions and still no reply on my tickets. I do not know of any other people having this problem besides the guy above me.

#4652745 Missing Content/RP

I had posted this as well. i understand the bumping process but was assured it'd automatically go to the top of the queue and havent gotten a response since XMas eve. I see others getting their missing stuff fixed dArtagnon, was this my error as well?
