Make ghost turn you into a "ghost" for 5 sec, rendering you untargetable. Then make a new summoner ala ghost, maybe named speedster that functions as ghost does and increases movement speed. Then take out barrier because it's going to piss off a lot of karthus players lol

Not only summoner spell that seems op anyways its no different then what people tried to do with the old heal.
Flash is used for chasing and escaping, not trades

@Feralpony For bruisers will we still see the majority of the mastery points in the offensive and defensive tree, or do you believe that the utility tree may become the new tree for mana dependant toplaners?
Additionally for champions that use alternate resources such as rumble(best champion in the league) and riven will there be any reason for you to put 9 points in the utility mastery.

@Roku: Are you doing anything with clarity, like making it have a % based return (scaling into lategame and also synergising with the new manastacking items)? Perhaps bonus mana regen just for having it? It's a terrible summoner spell ATM and yet I've seen other games make it work. It just needs some sort of way of scaling into relevance lategame.

Will there still be Strength of Spirit mastery? I don't know about anyone else, but I found it a very quirky and cool mastery to have.

@Roku,

Have you guys ever considered to make revive "targetable" with reduced effects. Something like:

Effects
Instantly revives your champion at your team's summoner platform and increases your champion's maximum health by 220-560 (200 + 20*lvl) for 2 minutes.
If cast on an allied champion, reduces his death cooldown by 50%.

OR

If cas on an allied champion, reduces his death cooldown by 20s. If the champion is revived with this effect, he gets half the maximum health bonus you would get for 2 minutes.

The Utility tree is really strong for some champions, like Vlad and Morde for example, as you get more exp, CDR, and Spellvamp, but some things aren't noticeable.
