Anivia's skillshot is harder to land, but dying as Anivia is more forgiving. Especially if it's under tower to a burst champion, which is about half of what mid lane does.

I disagree.

Ahri has 3 flashes built in and doesn't need to worry about statuses to make sure she gets the full burst from her combo. Charm is far easier to use than wall, and all of Ahri's skillshots are far more forgiving.

I think someone's just jealous of Anivia's utility and scaling. :P Also Anivia's egg actually reduces her armor and magic resistance early game. As it turns out, teaming up with a jungler is a great way to kill her since they actually have respectable sustained dps.

Anivia just throws her ball, Ahri has to jump in, land charm, and then q, while pressing w and ignite button.

Edit: In other words, a lot of micro in a short amount of time.

Laying an egg isn't as easy as it looks.

Anivia's Flash Frost actually outranges her Frostbite by quite a lot, so no, she doesn't just have to throw her ice ball. She has to be close enough to follow up with Frostbite should Flash Frost actually land. If Anivia cannot land both hits from Flash Frost or land Frostbite while the opponent is chilled, then she loses a quarter of her burst for each mistake. Ahri's combos are much more forgiving.

Ahri's combo has to be done right the first time, Articuno doesn't even have a real cooldown on her ult.

A perfect Anivia would still rape a perfect ahri though

So you should be playing anivia

So, Ahri has to hit all her buttons at once, so she is harder? I disagree, Anivia wall is what makes her difficult to use perfectly Perfect walls, ones that split 1-2 people off from the rest of their team are a rare thing to see when playing with or against an Anivia.
