Jungle monsters now attack the nearest target rather than attempting to chase their original attacker to make their behavior more consistent
does this mean no more leashing?

I'm going to guess with the implied "leash-be-gone" that the new item will make the lack of a leash not as bad?

And by that i mean actually give more gold and experience than the other camps to offset how strong they are compared to the other camps.

No more leashing?

Say goodbye to people who can't sustain I guess.

I don't agree with this, I main jungle and I love the power of early aggression because if the enemy isn't prepared for it, they get punished. Without that early aggression, how will kayle or fizz jungle excel anymore? They kinda depend on that early game aggression because they scale the best early to mid game and late game they aren't as great as say some other junglers such as malphite or amumu. This new jungle pretty much makes it safer for tanky junglers to transition into mid/late game which in my opinion seems like another user friendly mechanic you just implemented.

No the leashing that currently happens on Live will no longer exist, but we've found that teammates still stick around as long as they can to apply as much damage as possible before leaving for their lanes -- still helps the jungler out a ton.
