Whoa. Hold up. So Azubu Frost makes a game-changing dirty move, and loses 20% of their winnings. Dignitas and Curse share a prize and get it all taken away? Something seems amiss here. I understand this game has a slight bias toward the Asian playerbase but for the love of Jesse Perring, this is overkill. Had TSM done the same thing, Azubu Frost would have been given their spot in the playoffs and TSM would have been kicked entirely out of the competition, and probably banned from next year's tournaments. But because they're Asian, Riot's like "NAH."

I've never seen so much hyperbole in one thread! More drama queens in here than a reality TV show.

Hmm. I appreciate that an official response to the allegations has been made, but I find it interesting that the whole focus is on disciplining the players. I think RIOT and the tournament organizers should have taken some responsibility for their failure to provide an appropriate environment for the competitors.

Projecting the spectator maps within view of the players was a serious blunder, and failure to anticipate the glare problem was also a big oversight.

So, has Riot announced their disciplinary actions against Redbeard yet?

I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but just incase screens shouldn't have been viewable by teams in first place.. Not to mention the announcer sounds from other teams or the people who "call the game" for tv.

Was riot just not thinking about this?

We're one photo-shoot away from a well organized Azubu Frost/Riot PR stunt. Who said cheaters never prosper?

The only ones that should be fined here is RIOT for making a multi-million dollar tourny where players have to look straight ahead or they can be called for cheating?

ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS???

What kind of ******* would put cheat-capable maps on a huge screen in front and to the side of the players???

To those guys being fined: GET A LAWYER.

You have a great case here due to RIOTS negligence.

They know, via in-game chat and voice chat, that they had cheated.
Why are they playing for the finals...? This really bothers me...
I see that they outplayed TSM. But that's not the issue At All.

I mean come on, your friends get pissed at you if you screen peak in your living room, ever since 007 Goldeneye. This is a matter of being distrustful, and proves that when given the opportunity, the Whole team will act on the possibility of cheating. Is this really someone who should move ahead in the competition?

I see that Riot should have taken more action before-hand to help prevent cheating, however should you really have to babysit adults like this? I am thoroughly disgusted with this team's behavior and Will Not be watching them in the finals.

I hope they think of themselves the same way most of the LoL community does now.
