So TPA showed us that Nidalee counters Yorick pretty handily top lane SR.

Would she work bot lane on dominion as well?

I would think she'd be not bad post 6. Before that she'll have to play near the speedshrine and really work those spears and force recalls. Dont know how she'd fare with jayce, though. Shes like jayce cept slipperier with less damage, i think. But she should be pretty viable.

How the fk does nidalee counter Yorick? She's hard countered by minions, and that includes ghouls. If he rushes Executioner's there is literally a 0% chance she will win that lane. Superbad Yorick is superbad.

I think Nidalee is a fine choice. Just be sure to clear out the minions which isn't all that difficult to do.

She countered him in SR, not dominion which is a big difference. In SR, she plays by poking away with autoattacks, using her heal to counteract the poke inflicted while boosting her attack speed. No nidalee tosses Spears in toplane SR because they are very expensive and extremely unlikely to hit anything.
In SR, Yorick is a lot more mana limited and can't spam W/E every 10 seconds without running OOM very quickly. Nidalee's only mana expenditure is her Heal, and the occasional trap which acts as poor-mans ward.

In Dominion, Yorick can start with a Tear/boots if he wants to do an extended pokefest, or Pros Blade/boots if more aggresive. He has wayyy fewer mana issues and can drop a lot more minions per minute. His minions will hit a lot harder with Pros Blade also. Meanwhile her heal has a pretty low AP ratio and won't be significantly better than its base value.
Nid's cooldown on her heal and relatively low base values will make it less efffective (plus dominions general heal nerf) vs a Yorick.

So I would not expect Nidalee to do nearly as well vs a Yorick in Dominion, compared to SR.

This pretty much sums up why it won't work. While some SR match-ups work, others are more about hp/gold/xp attrition through harass and zoning which does not apply to Dominion due to increased passive gold/xp/mana gain. Nid can attempt to harass, but yorick will just spam W/E, healing and pushing the lane simultaneously.

Well, one big reason Nidalee did so well against Yorick is because she can heal up exchange

And then the crystal scar gives you healing reduction aura

Nidalee bot is played from time to time in EUW, and while I'm far from an expert in bot lane, she seems to be doing well. Most Nidalee bot players tend to go for a bruiser build.

I'm not sure whether she would do well against Yorick, though.

Any Nidalee bot would have to be a bruiser. Glass cannon AP Nid would explode when caught and wouldn't be able to work spears through minions. Speaking of minions, she can only clear them with cat form, which would require he to get into melting range of the enemy bot. In Dominion, Nidalee is best left to reconing the jungle and sniping, with the occasional cat-form-pounce-in to help your team(instead of being useless while your heal and spear are on CD)

Nid's trap isn't a poor man's ward. 40% shred of all resistances is nothing to laugh at.
