They face adversity. They simply man-up and face it, all the time. There are topics on these forums easily avoidable, such as making a quick response to cheating accusations, such as replying to a controversial thread involving ***-appeal on female champions, and for their responses to respectable questions regarding gameplay (the best example is Morello's input on champion threads that bring up viable points).

A company that can take their sweet time building rhetoric to battle these questions always step up to the plate and take a swing at giving a strong, well-thought, and honest answer. GD doesn't always like it, but they still stand up and go for it.

Bud, lots of people want to work for Riot. They have an amazing community, amazing co-workers, their competitive scene is exploding, their champion design is innovative and constantly evolving, their attitude towards progress is unbeatable, and their PR attempts are downright cute. For how much they are constantly putting out stuff, they make remarkably few mistakes and are quick to apologize for them.
