My client won't open

When I click start from the patcher after the patch is finished and I agree to the terms, the secondary window does not open. I have tried re-installing the client and continue with the same issue and now I can't play da leagues It was working fine last night.

Count me in the same boat. Would love to get a quick fix to this, it's my only day off this week

Edit 1: Checking my processes, and both the LoLClient.exe and LoLLaucher.exe are both running.

Alright, bumping because I got mine working, here's how I did it:

Start your Launcher and click Play
|->When the second window doesn't open, open up Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del)
|-->end the "LoLClient.exe", "LoLLauncher.exe", and end the "rads_user_kernel.exe" processes
|--->restart your Launcher and press Play

Open your League Of Legends folder. You can right click your shortcut and click open folder location. Then you open the RADS folder, then the projects folder. Delete the folder named lol_launcher. Make sure you back it up though. Once you have deleted it open your LOL client and it should show the logo with a black background and it will work. This worked for my computer and brothers laptop.
