{Lore}
Quote:
Lost in ancient Fjord an old sword sat within icy clutches of a statue. Young Majar lived in a small village on the coast north Fjord. His family was killed in a blood feud between his village's Elder and the previous king of Fjord. Majar tried to protect his family, but the King calmly cut off his left arm and leg. Majar was nursed back to health by Valora, his future wife, and was told by her that her parents didn't want her marrying a cripple. Upon hearing this he sank into a dark depression, and sought solitude in the books of ancient lore. After a week of reading the old tongue he came across the legendary blade, Saw, held in the hands of an ancient statue on the top of Mt. Nojor. Thinking that acquiring the blade might make Valora's parents accept him again, so he gathered his hunting dogs and traveled to the top of the mountain. There he picked up the sword, and held it within his hands. That is when his life ended as the sword murdered him where he stood. When he awoke his body would not work for him, and it constantly shifted from human to other lifeforms. The sword was now a silver and black chainsaw, and seemed to be part of him in some way. Suddenly he saw the world in black and red, and could feel nothing but the desire to watch blood flow.

Returning to his village he was welcomed back as a miracle until he slaughtered each one of them. Binding them with chainsaw blades, and listening to them scream. He smiled broadly as he pulled Valora's heart from her chest and slowly crushed it. Suddenly he had a spark of humanity as he killed the last of them, and could only think of one authority capable of containing what he had become. Rushing to the League of Legends he took as many roads away from towns and cities as he could. Finally reaching the League he submitted himself to the Summoners to be disposed of. When they attempted to kill him however his body moved on it's own, and he killed several of them. They quickly moved to bind him, and set him as they did to Fiddlesticks.

"What nightmare did the ancients bind in the north?" Tryndamere, The Barbarian King

First I would like to give you a thumbs up on using the Chain Saw as a weapon. It is something that is long over due. That being said, there are some issues that I have noticed.

One issue I have with this champion is in his role. When looking for an AD carry, you would usually want somebody that uses a lot of ranged auto attacks. There are some melee champions that can handle being on the bottom such as Gangplank. The reason he can get away with that though is because he has Parrrley! which is a short cooldown, low cost ranged ability and Remove Scurvy which removes crowd control effects and heals him. When I think of a Chainsaw wielding champion, this idea just screams Bruiser. You should probably try giving him abilities that allow him to either sustain himself well or mitigate damage. When you think of Leatherface (The first guy I think of when I think of a Chainsaw wielding psycho) there isn't a thing about him that says "glass cannon". Overall I would suggest rebuilding this champion as a solo top lane bruiser rather than a glass cannon AD carry.
